At Cambrick Yard, our strategy and planning team is made up of inventive, digitally-minded creators who understand nuances of journalistic and news reporting cornerstones while providing informative, useful, and fun narratives.

Here’s what you’ll do:
--Collaborate with company leaders in setting and driving strategic vision
--Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, analysis, and performance management
--Maintain and grow our business and brands on an ongoing and project basis
--Lead and direct large and complex projects to accomplish main business objectives
-- Evaluate industry trends, client needs, expansion opportunities, competitive threats and internal performance
-- Solve unique as well as complicated problems having broad impact on business
-- Manage, train, and develop strategy team members
--Prepare strategic frameworks, financial analysis and storylines to guide strategic management discussions
--Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders

Here’s what we’re looking for:
-- Strong attention to detail and project follow-through
-- Willing and able to work on projects as well as direct them
-- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
-- 5+ years experience in leadership positions
-- Leadership and management skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
-- Understanding of advanced business planning
-- A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
-- Able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
