At Cambrick Yard, our strategy and planning team is made up of inventive, digitally-minded creators who understand nuances of journalistic and news reporting cornerstones while providing informative, useful, and fun narratives.
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager you will be working closely with our Director, Social Media and Brand Development to manage dozens of social media channels across several platforms.
Here’s what you’ll do:
--Implement and manage social media strategies
--Achieve important social media KPIs
--Manage and oversee social media content
--Measure the success of social media campaigns
--Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
--Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
--Collaborate with writers and reporters to ensure social media content is timely
--Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
--Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
--Adhere to rules and regulations
--Present to Senior Management
Here’s what we’re looking for:
--Significant knowledge and passion for the Disney theme parks and Disney products
--2 years of experience with multiple social media platforms (ideally managing pages and channels)
--Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
--Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other social media brands and best practices
--Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
--Good understanding of social media KPIs
--Great leadership skills
--Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
--Desire to be part of a team
--Good time-management skills
--Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
--A desire to work hard and achieve greatness
