At Cambrick Yard, our strategy and planning team is made up of inventive, digitally-minded creators who understand nuances of journalistic and news reporting cornerstones while providing informative, useful, and fun narratives.

We're learning something new every day, and we're looking for candidates who enjoy the type of work that includes problem-solving and encountering brand new concepts and situations daily. In the ever-evolving environment of online content, the rules change quickly; the successful candidate will not only keep up but will be a trendsetter.

Here’s what you’ll do:
-- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
-- Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
-- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
-- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
-- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to leadership about strategy, adjustments, and progress
-- Monitor progress on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
-- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
-- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed or financing for the project change
-- Maintain and build trusted relationships with leadership, colleagues, and staff

Here’s what we’re looking for:
-- Strong attention to detail and project follow-through
-- Willing and able to work on projects as well as direct them
-- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
-- 5+ years experience in leadership positions
-- Leadership and management skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
-- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
-- Understanding of advanced business planning
-- A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
-- Able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
