Primary Tasks:
- Create optimized visual content that engages and informs our audience. Including social media promos, website CTAs, website layouts, and email design.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring to life innovative design ideas that propel our marketing funnel.
- Use your wizardry in a variety of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) to craft visuals and templates that can be used by the entire team.
- Stay ahead of the curve with design trends, bringing fresh, invigorating ideas that keep our brand at the forefront of our industry.
- Manage multiple projects with an eye for detail and a heart for storytelling, ensuring all designs align with our brand's vision and voice.
- Bring out the best in our photos with touchups, cropping, and enhancing the magic.
- Create merchandise concepts and designs for apparel, print materials, and beyond.
Skills & Experience:
- A portfolio that showcases a flair for creative and compelling design across various mediums.
- Proficiency in leading design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience in creating a wide range of marketing materials, that employ best practices for engagement and uphold our brand.
- A collaborative spirit that thrives on learning new marketing channels and values feedback to refine and perfect your work.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects with a smile and a sprinkle of pixie dust to meet deadlines.
