Content Coordinator

We are a small, dynamic new media company that does things a little differently. We build content our audience can't wait for, and we look for team members who want to be part of a fast-growing company.

This is a coordination and execution role for someone who keeps things moving, hits deadlines, and makes sure work gets done across multiple brands. If you're organized, fast, and take pride in getting things over the finish line, this is your lane.

Overview

You will keep our content operation running day to day. That means staying on top of schedules, coordinating with editors and content leads, publishing on time, and making sure nothing slips. The pace is quick and the priorities shift, so strong organization and follow-through matter more than anything.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and track content across assigned brands, keeping projects on schedule
  • Schedule and publish posts and content on time and to spec
  • Assemble simple content when needed: carousels, short video reels, and text-over-image posts
  • Monitor schedules and platform activity, flagging issues before they become problems
  • Coordinate with editors and content leads, and escalate when something needs a decision
  • Track basic performance metrics and keep records organized
  • Provide Sunday coverage as a regular part of the schedule, plus occasional evening coverage when stories break

What We're Looking For

  • You get things done. You keep projects moving and you don't let deadlines slip
  • You're organized and you juggle multiple projects without dropping any
  • You follow process and communicate clearly when something needs attention
  • You're comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities change
  • You have good judgment about what goes out in public and what doesn't

Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years in a coordinator, project support, or similar execution-focused role
  • Comfortable assembling basic social content (carousels, simple reels, text-over-image posts) and familiar with major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube
  • Degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience preferred
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Motivation for personal and team success, with an eye for data-driven results
  • Familiarity with Disney-related topics, fandoms, parks, entertainment, or adjacent audience communities is helpful; curiosity and the ability to get up to speed quickly are essential

Why This Role Matters

You keep the engine running. The brands move fast, and they move because someone makes sure the work gets done on time, every day. That's you.
